As a Certified Intuitive Eating Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I offer a unique 10-session program designed to help you heal your relationship with food, rebuild trust with your body, and rewire the subconscious beliefs that keep you stuck in the cycle of restriction, guilt, and rebellion.

This program combines evidence-based Intuitive Eating principles with the powerful healing of hypnotherapy, so you’re not just learning what to change—you’re changing it from the inside out.

What You'll Experience

Reject the diet mentality (and begin healing)

 Learn how diet culture has impacted your mindset, body image, and eating patterns. We’ll begin to release the subconscious messages that equate your worth with weight or control.

 We’ll explore and reframe the “good food vs. bad food” mindset, and begin dismantling fear-based eating. Hypnosis focuses on restoring permission and neutrality with all foods. 

Reconnect with hunger and fullness

 You’ll learn to trust your body’s cues again. Hypnosis helps reawaken interoceptive awareness—the ability to listen to internal signals without fear or doubt.

  Hypnosis helps shift the internal dialogue from criticism to compassion. We’ll gently address body image wounds and practice honoring your body’s worth and wisdom.

   We reconnect food and pleasure—not in a way that leads to guilt, but in a way that brings joy, satisfaction, and mindfulness back into eating. 

Break free from food rules

    We uncover any remaining “rules” you may still be following subconsciously. Hypnosis helps replace rigidity with trust and flexibility. 

Find joy in movement

    You’ll redefine exercise as an act of care rather than punishment. We’ll identify movement that feels good to you, and remove the shame-based motivations that keep you stuck. 

Gentle nutrition and nourishment

    This is where we bring balance. We’ll explore how to honor your health with intuitive choices—without falling back into dieting mentality. 

Embodying intuitive living

    In our final session, we solidify everything you’ve learned. Hypnosis helps anchor your transformation and connect you with a future vision of peace, joy, and body trust.
